Nov 24 | Monday browsing — blog · Photos · Design · Sneakers · Plastic Spent a short part of the day researching on the web. Here's what was found: Absenter (who was found in our referral list) is a nice blog run by Naz a designer in Chicago. Digging deeper, found some more of his nice work including boochakanan a photojournal as well as Weightshift his portfolio of work. The navigation on some of the sites is incredible. I dig. My friend Yusuke who's visiting from Japan showed me this website today: Alternate Sneakers. The site is in japanese but there are enough pictures to understand what's going on. The news section basically tells you what's being released or is available in Japan. The other sections are helpful too. Spent a little more time then I should have at the Plastic Particles site. We love stickers so the dunk sticker sheet is a whole reason to pick up a copy. // While at my favorite magazine shop (Kinokuniya, check the Shop Guide for address.) my eyes came across a toy magazine with Murakami written all over it (Didn't figure out what the title is.) The included Murakami figure is... see for yourself.
