shout outs to our new friends in SF We finally got back late Thursday Night and hit the Fresh Out of the Box event. Sorry, we didn't take our camera so no pictures. But you can find some here. We want to do some major shout outs to Mark@Fatlace for chilling with us. Jim and Antoinette@Strangeco for showing us the HK Toycon pickups (pictures to come soon). Retrokid for taking time out of his busy schedule to chill with us. Colin@Recon for giving us a tour of Recon West and his toy collection. Thanks to Ann and Edward@HUF for being the nicest people. Aug 17 | our favorites looted The game is crazy. Some of our favorite stores were attacked by weak opportunists taking advantage of the blackout. Our friends at classickicks and Alife Rivington Club were hit pretty hard, NORT was attacked, too, but not much damage was done. There were two injuries at Alife!! Attacking people for shoes is low! If you saw anything, heard anything, or took any pictures, report it!! They need to be caught. Go support the stores, go shop and buy lots of shoes from them!! Aug 15 | BLACKOUT 2003The largest blackout in U.S. history, cities from the Midwest to Manhattan and Freshness was there to experience it. The massive blackout crippled mass transit. So, we were stranded in Manhattan. But lucky enough our friend Jenny took us in. Thanks Jenny. Here are some pictures Freshness took.
